Had my room cleaned, disnt empty garbage. Just made bed. Fire alarm went off first night had to leave building for a few hours. Elevator was broken, total pain. The one working was super slow. It was frustrating. Pool was overcrowded. Not impressed

Upon arrival there was no shampoo, 3 pillows per queen size bed x2, 2 wash clothes/towels etc for family of 4.
